No, people convicted of crimes consider ALL authority figures bastardized. They’re not differentiating between dirty or clean cops!

No. Terrorists, by nature, are trying to cause terror in support of a political viewpoint. Criminals are usually doing something unlawful with the expectation of a monetary pay out at the end.

Which country draws the line that way? Only in USA?

What about murderers and rapists? Are they criminals?

They do things unrelated to "monetary pay", but joy and excitement.

That’s a point, although I wouldn’t consider their take on it “joy and excitement.” Either way, they’re not targeting large groups of strangers to make political statements, so they’re not terrorists.

Can you show me another country that considers one-on-one criminal activity to be “terrorism?”

SO you don't buy the story that some criminals commit crimes for
pleasure? Because it's abnormal psychology?

A good example of pleasure-based crimes might be Hong Kong's recent riot
in Central and Mong Kok?

I cannot, as I have no means nor authority to probe their jurisdiction. ;)

There are probably psychos out there who get off on their deeds. Craig Price comes to mind. He still doesn’t qualify as a terrorist.

If you can’t prove that the USA is the only country that does not consider criminals who attack individuals not terrorists, then don’t make the suggestion.

A suggestion is NOT a proof nor accusation. You don't need evidences for
that. The same applies to conspiracy theories.

Criminal is the major set of anyone who commits an unlawful act for any reasons.

Terrorist is a sub-set of criminal. Psychopath is another sub-set. There may be some overlap, but for the most part, terrorists are people who commit murder and mayhem on a large scale for political purposes.

Especially serial killers!!! And if they were trained in the military of
hiding secrets, well, how could the police find them suspicious?

Well... :)
