This is hot!! Rose recites most of her DW adventures.

Ghosts trying to break through. You finally meet modern Torchwood
and the whole Planet is affected.

Who and what are these 'ghosts'. The Doctor try to determine via TARDIS
and end up finding the source somewhere in London.
And now we have Jackie and Rose traveling with the Doctor.

This is where is gets hotter.

Torchwood, namely the LOVELY Yvonne , notes the TARDIS and
welcomes her prisoner the Doctor.
The Doctor is greeted by Torchwood namely Yvonne , pulls Jackie instead of
Rose and is given the grand tour. Nice to see someone rejecting metric!

The Void Ship, what is the Void Ship?

3 of Torchwood staff has been Lumicized (Cyberized by Lumic's Cybermen).

The Doctor convince Yvonne he can be of help.

Rose is caught only to meet up with Mickey.

The Cybermen are revealed as the ghosts and
the Cybermen reveal that the void ship lead them to
the Doctor's beloved Earth.

Jackie, Raj and Mickey see who is travelling in the Void Ship: Daleks!!

Get ready for the GRANDE Finale!

Get ready for the GRANDE Finale!
I thought these two episodes were shit. They had a big thing about the parallel universe where Mickey was left never being able to be visited again etc etc etc, then half a dozen episodes we have Mickey et al all showing up out of the blue.

.... Answer this - if the writers can bullshit their way out of that why should we trust anything else they say or give them the respect of getting emotionally involved in their stories?

And the combination of the Cybermen and the Daleks was stupid - a gimmick. Combining two of the best Dr Who villains doesnt make the story twice as good, it just dilutes both villains.

And also - next time they do a Dalek or Cybermen story, the reasonably intelligent viewer will automatically think "Oh, it's just the Daleks, who cares, at least there aren't a THOUSANDS of them -PLUS- thousands of cybermen this time ... after all, the Doctor was able to defeat all those, so this will be a cakewalk!"

...... Modern Who treats it's audience like idiots.

You`ve been a fan of the overwhelming majority of his episodes, including 2
that are often bashed in general. Besides which just saying "Look at Love

egomaniac who believes in his own eyes he can do no wrong.

So he wrote one story that you didn`t enjoy. That`s hardly cause to call him
an egomaniac who considers himself beyond fault. And you still haven`t
provided any evidence to back up your claim. Give me quotes where he`s shown
being egomaniacal. Give me quotes where he talks of how he can do no wrong
and is perfect in every way. Show me *any* reason whatsoever for your
continuing hatred of the man.

Look, for all I know RTD *may* be a difficult, un-likeable man. I don`t
know, I`ve never met him. However, from interviews I`ve seen and read he
seems a humble and personable chap quite un-deserving of these persistent,
un-warranted and bitter attacks you keep making.

And the combination of the Cybermen and the Daleks was stupid - a
gimmick. Combining two of the best Dr Who villains doesnt make the
story twice as good, it just dilutes both villains.
I'm sorry, I have to disagree to a point. While yes, I will agree
that when villains are combined into a single story it does delude the
villains themselves...in the case of the cheesy "team-up" episodes
that seem to eventually show up when ratings are down. Which is where
I thought this episode was going when, everyone was revealed. I was
happy that they were at each other's throats.

That being said. During the course of the episode, if you didn't
cheat and read a spoiler, it was sort of a "no way!" kind of reaction
when the Cybermen were revealed at Torchwood. And it was assumed the
Void Ship was part of the Cybermen. When it was seen that wasn't the
case. You had a short time wondering who was in it. When the Daleks
were first revealed to be in the Void Ship, I am doubting VERY heavily
that the first reaction to those watching was "oh man, now the
villains are deluded! WAHH!" I myself saw it as a "holy shit"
moment.

I also disagree about your notion that any "reasonably intelligent
viewer" will automatically think "...who cares...this will be a
cakewalk!" concerning future episodes. HELLO? Since when doesn't the
Doctor save the day in front of impossible odds, that's nearly every
episode. He beat the freakin' Devil for heaven's sake! This was
simply writing in a loop hole for entertainment's sake. The next time
we see the Cybermen there will have to be a better explaination, as we
were left assumably with all of them trapped. But it has already been
started that we will see the Daleks...or more specifically one of them
(the black one, I forget his name)...as he was shown to transport
away. So seeing him later, is not going to take any stretch of the
imagination. Because of the actions of the Doctor to beat both
villains, when the lone remaining Dalek comes back, he will need to be
more dangerous. This is a good thing...as it forces the character to
grow. If the character doesn't...then you can "lamb-baste" the
writers.

As for the Doctor being able to defeat them. Even the Doctor himself
was against jumping parallels. He spent the entire episode chastising
everyone who did. Even had an explaination why it could never be done
again (breaking the glass). That trumps anything previously said.
According to the story, it was the only option, and it cost him Rose.
"Gee, what a cakewalk!"

This seemed to be a "send-off" episode for most of the cast. It makes
sense that they appear. They even gave the characters a better ending
(outside of Rose losing the doctor). Jackie gets her husband back,
Rose's dad is rich, Rose gets the family she wanted, and Micky gets
Rose back.

I am with you when you say you dislike combining villains. I just
think this specific episode is not as stupid as you make it out to be.

They were opposing each other, not combining with each other.

Automatic cars!
So will these new, automatic cars be run by Ueber, whilst the current
ones will still be run by Uber, idiot??
No need to pay any drivers!
Oh?
If cars self-driving, there are no humans driving them, so no human
drivers needing to be paid! QED.
But the cars need a human to supervise them, Davros!
I expect that someday, the cars will no longer need us as supervisors.

I was surprised that this was the first time those two groups had ever met in large numbers! What with those two species often targeting Earth or Earth colonies, they should have met sooner!

Who and what are these 'ghosts'. The Doctor try to determine via TARDIS
and end up finding the source somewhere in London.
And now we have Jackie and Rose traveling with the Doctor.
Why was the Cyber-ghost in pain?

3 of Torchwood staff has been Lumicized (Cyberized by Lumic's Cybermen).
The staff of Torchwood have all been trained in psychics. Why didn't anyone sense that three members of the staff were psychically dead?
