Not nearly in the same league (in terms of accuracy or complexity etc)
as the clocks you recently mentioned, but I noticed this in a sig on
another (Amsat) group. More 'novelty value' than anything but you may
like it from mechanical view point.

Don't 'read' anything into the name, it isn't intended as a 'dig'.
(I couldn't see the point of the 'balls' numbered 1-4, perhaps the
quarters. in the manner than some clocks / watches used to 'mark' the
quarters in times past?)
You could, perhaps, fabricate one in metal, rather than wood- I believe
your workshop is more geared for metalwork than woodwork. Aluminium
'channel' for the ramps perhaps?
