I wasn't able to talk to the "dialogue app" which is supposed to allow you to comment on Edinburgh's budget proposals for the coming year. However, if you go to

edinburgh.gov.uk/playyourpart

and scroll down to the Online Survey, you can make your feelings known about this traditional annual discharge of taxpayers' money into the nearest drain and be more or less guaranteed that at least someone in the Town Hall will see it.

then make us pay for the enlarged rubbish tip where all such things end
up.
