Windows 7 Home Premiumj, x64, SP1
Eventhough Windows Updates is set to check for updates but let me decide
whether to download and install, when I click on the Start orb, the Shut Down
button wants to install updates and then shut down.
I can do an Alt-F4 and get a shut down menu that will let me do a shut down,
If I do the Alt-F4 shut down, or restart, the Shut Down button no longer has
the install updates options for the first few minutes, but it eventually
shows up again.
How can I eliminate this for good?
