ALL my text files. Fortunately, I was able to restore 99% of
them from CD backup, paper copies, and/or memory. And now I
have ESET, which treats my system as a middle-aged duenna treats
a beautiful thirteen-year-old with great big dark eyes and no
sense.

I disagree; but that's by the way. I did eventually manage to
get to the site (somebody finally posted a link that worked) and
he was right, the context is meaningless unless you have been

It has a lot of different settings. I seem to have loaded one of
the more repressive ones, and I don't know how to change them.

If I *really* need to see something it doesn't want me to see,
I can get into Firefox (instead of my usual IE) using "login as
administrator" and see most things. I guess that is a calculated
risk. But ESET won't allow me even to look at any PDF, for example.

It took me about three hours to read the webcomic from start to current.

It's not bad, if you like milsf/spaceships/big explosions, and the
writer is an Aussie but doesn't use any of the richness of language
available to him, so it's quite accessible.

That link doesn't seem to work, even after I put the broken
parts together. I got a screen reading "Merge [pathname] into
[other pathname]." Perhaps you could fix the link?

After putting the pieces together, it worked fine for me.
I
finished reading the main strips last night. I now have the
short stories, etc. to go through. What a great find! YUM!

It has its moments. The art style doesn't do much for me, and he goes
on week+ long jags of filler from time to time, but it has its
moments.
